Executive Committee

The Lenawee County Veterans Affairs Executive Committee is an advisory committee to the County Board of Commissioners and the Lenawee County Veterans Affairs Staff as established by MCL Act 192 of 1953.  The committee's role is to provide information, give advice, review emergency financial requests and vote to support, and present proposals that benefit veterans within Lenawee County.  Meetings are held the second Friday every other month at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise posted.  Meetings are held at the Old County Courthouse located at 301 N. Main Street in Adrian, MI.

Meetings are open to the public, especially to our County's Veterans, and a brief public comment section is provided each meeting.

The committee is composed of four members who are appointed by the County Board of Commissioners for alternating four (4) year terms.  The Committee has two (2) officers, consisting of a Chair and Secretary. The committee also has a liaison appointment from the Lenawee County Board of Commissioners.
