Support Groups
Men’s Caregiver Support Group:
This group meets the first Friday of each month from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm at Daybreak, 327 Erie Street (East entrance). This group is facilitated by a male counselor, who also has caregiving experience. The group is available for men to share their caregiving challenges and provide support. Respite is available free of charge by calling Daybreak Adult Day Services at 266-2588.
The Navigators:
A caregivers support group that meets every first and third Monday of the month beginning at 2:00p.m. We welcome all caregiver's that provide services to those in need. The first Monday will be led by a licensed M.A., L.P.C. professional counselor while the third Monday will be tailored towards gaining knowledge of the available resources that are right for each caregivers journey. Respite is available free of charge for those 60 and over by calling 517-266-2588 and reserving your spot.
