The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) are distributed at the First United Methodist Church, located at 1245 W. Maple St. in Adrian.  CSFP is available to anyone over the age of 60 who meets income guidelines. CSFP distribution takes place on the third Thursday of each month from 11:00-3:00 p.m. TEFAP is available to persons of any age, depending on income. Distributions take place on the third Thursday of March, June, September and December. Enrollment in both programs takes Place at the same time as distribution.

In order to sign up for commodities we will need to see:

                                                                        Proof of Income

                                                                        Social Security Number

                                                                        Date of Birth

This information will need to be presented for EVERY PERSON WHO LIVES IN YOUR HOUSE!
